Quick update: we went to ring the chicks this morning. Chick #2 is in perfect health. He is now wearing a ring with P6T. Chick #3 was poorly and very thin. She wasn't ringed and I took her to Wildlife Aid. I'll update you when I hear from them (it will be a few days).
Edit: Wildlife Aid replied on twitter immediately: "Hi guys, thanks for bringing her into us. She has been checked by our vet team and has severe frounce (also called canker or Trichomoniasis) restricting her ability to eat. She is now on a course of treatment but will need a lot of work to fully recover. We will do our best!"

We've had good news via twitter from Wildlife Aid that Chick 3 is responding well to treatment.
"She is still in our care. These things can take quite some time to correct but she is responding well."

P6T has been rescued from the South Wing 15th floor. He’d been fed as there was some remains with him. I released him above the ledge and he flew to the top roof immediately.
